Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

  • We sell tea, whole bean and/or ground coffee and other related products.
  • We do our best to represent our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact flavor experiences due to the natural variability of coffee.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via email.
  • We accept secure online payments via Shopify.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic shipping within the United States. For details, please see our Shipping Policy.
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Delivery may take 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours.
